SACRED LOVE
Let Go To Let Love In
Helping Muslim women open their hearts & soften into divine trust so they can receive more in joy and ease in their marriage, family, and life.
You’ve carried it all for so long… but what if letting go of what you have been holding for so long gave you more?
More love flowing into your marriage.
More of Allah’s mercy in your heart.
More joy and ease in the life you’re building for yourself, your husband, & your children.
This is your invitation to stop doing more to feel worthy and start opening to receive more from the One who created you.
You keep it all together until you’re alone. You feel tired deep in your body, but even deeper in your soul..
Then the lists, the pressure, and the loneliness creep in; you know you need to slow down, let go and don't know where to start?
You do most of the housework because it’s “quicker” than asking twice.
You long for deep closeness in your marriage, love that feels safe, partnership that feels true, and a companionship that mirrors the Divine.
Your heart longs for intimacy, but you’ve forgotten how to truly receive it.
You pray, but your mind still races through the next task.
You crave the safety of being loved unconditionally by the One who created you. The One who never leaves you
You rest for five minutes… and the guilt kicks in.
You feel unseen, unappreciated, and secretly resentful and also scared to let go.
You love your children deeply, and motherhood sometimes feels like a burden and is draining you out.
You’ve learned to rely on yourself because depending on others has disappointed you before. Yet, your heart aches for the tenderness, support, and mercy you read about in Allah’s names.
Imagine this…
You wake up with Alhamdulillah not just on your lips, but alive in your body. You pray Fajr and feel your heart soften in sujood. Instead of rushing, you choose one or two priorities for the day, letting go of perfectionism. You feel at ease asking for support without guilt or fear of rejection. You allow yourself to rest without shame, trusting that receiving is also an act of worship. You welcome your loved ones with presence — no rush, no mental lists — creating space for closeness, warmth, and lighthearted connection.
In this life…
Love flows toward you because you’ve created space for it.
Your marriage feels like a sacred partnership, where appreciation and intimacy blossom naturally.
If you are a mother, your children witness a woman who is regulated, joyful, and present
If you are preparing for marriage, you enter it with softness, confidence, and the skills to build lasting harmony.
You move through your day anchored in the knowing that Allah is holding you, so you don’t have to hold it all.
Letting go doesn’t mean losing control — it means opening the door for Allah’s love to touch every part of your life.
I still remember that moment on my knees. Exhausted, burnt out, out of answers.
I had done everything I was supposed to do: worked hard, pushed through, stayed strong. But my body had collapsed under the weight of it all. My mind was restless. My heart ached.
I had spent my whole life relying on myself. If I didn’t do it, who would?
That belief made me capable but also drained me. I built walls so high that even Allah’s help felt far away… until that day, when I finally broke.
In that moment of surrender, I realised:
I was never meant to carry it all alone.
I softened. I let go. I allowed myself to receive from Allah first, and then from the people I loved.
And my life began to change.
Now, I guide other Muslim women to do the same:
To release the weight they were never meant to carry.
To open and soften into divine trust and love.
To receive more joy, ease, and intimacy in their relationships and lives not by chasing from more instead to fully embrace it.

SALAAM, I’M RAJA
I’m Raja Avila, the heart behind Sacred Sisterhood Embodiment Coaching, Islamic Spiritual healing practitioner and the creator of Sacred Love.
A mother of two, stepmother of five, and devoted wife, I weave faith, femininity, and holistic healing into every part of my work.
Born in Colombia and raised in a Catholic family, I built a successful corporate career before following a lifelong pull toward the unseen. After my divorce, I turned to Allah in prayer, asking for guidance and true purpose—and He answered. Islam became my path of healing, the place where I found the peace and direction my heart had been seeking.
Through this return to my fitra, I healed the patterns that once kept me from what Allah designed for my life and relationships. In surrender I discovered that lasting love begins with trust in Him and the freedom to let go and let love in.
Today I help Muslim women—whether preparing for marriage or longing to deepen it—reconnect with their fitra, embrace joy and softness, and build relationships rooted in mercy and divine design through prophetic wisdom, somatic practices, and the healing power of Allah’s Names.
